Put a character item into an argument structure

A character item is written into a named component within the specified argument structure. The component is created if it does not currently exist.

void ArgPutc(SdsIdType id, const char *name, char value, const StatusType * status)

(">" input, "!" modified, "W" workspace, "<" output)

>	id	SdsIdType	Identifier to the structure.
>	name	char*	Name of the component to be written to.
>	value	char	Character value to be written.
`!`	status	StatusType*	Modified status. Possible failure codes are:

`SDS__NOMEM`	Insufficient memory for creation
`SDS__BADID`	Invalid Identifier
`ARG__NOTSCALAR`	Item is not a scalar
`ARG__CNVERR`	Type conversion error
